One, cut
The nanoscale light guide plate can be arbitrarily cut. Cutting tools can usually be used as woodworking sawing machines, ordinary engraving machines, laser engraving machines, etc., in which the laser engraving machine is the best for cutting and guiding.
Two, polishing
The plate made with a laser engraving machine does not need to be polished. The plank which is processed with a woodworking sawing machine and an ordinary engraving machine needs to be cut and polished.
Step one: to cut with a knife handle formation, left off when cutting debris, and leveling mark.
Step two: polishing of the incision with the polishing machine or flame gun, require smooth incisions, no obvious wave or saw.
Three. Test
Step 1: put the lamp on both sides of the light guide plate, and use the silver plating film (or the reflective paper) to wrap the lamp tube and stick it with the double side glue.
Step two: seal the other edge of the guide plate with silver plated tape.
Step three: put the light guide plate on the flat sheet of reflective paper; connect the light pipe power, preheat for about 10 minutes (longer time effect).
Step four: the light and uniformity of the light guide plate can be seen by the naked eye or the illuminance meter.
Matters needing attention
1, the light guide plate in cutting, polishing to maintain the integrity of the paper, to avoid scratch.
2, when the light guide plate is polished, its cut, such as the remaining dust or dust, will affect the light guiding effect.
3. The back light paper, such as the whole packing of the lamp tube, is better in guiding the light.
4, the length of the light guide plate on the side of the discharge tube is best or equal to the length of the lamp tube. If the tube is obviously shorter than the light guide plate during the test, the longer part will also be sealed with silver plated tape.
5, recommend the use of genuine source testing; the brightness and color of light will also affect the light guide effect.
6, the direct use of the naked eye to determine the guiding light board brightness of the light board will produce a large deviation. Because the raw material of Fang Sheng light guide plate is imported material MMA, and the plate is colorless and transparent. There is no background color when emitting light, and the naked eye can not directly perceive its true brightness. It is recommended to use illuminometer to test or put light box to evaluate its brightness.
7. Using the illuminance meter, it is recommended to leave the light guide plate 3-5CM.
